The Neighborhood Network Learning Centers are owned by
Grand Forks Homes Inc. and managed by the Grand Forks Housing Authority. The
Centers offer a variety of computer classes, job skill/search enhancement
classes, a job training program, orientations to the Learning Centers,
connections with other agencies in the community, youth programming, and
other opportunities.
The Learning Centers are committed to providing a non-threatening technology
based educational experience for the residents of LaGrave Place, Continental
Homes, Oak Manor, Cherry Heights, Homestead and others in the community. The
goal of this computer experience is to empower individuals to become more
self-sufficient, employable, and economically self-reliant.
